The Henny Penny HEN170725 Fryer Frypot Lid Gasket V-Style is a seal that forms a barrier between the lid and frypot to stop the escape of heat and steam in the process of cooking. It has a V-shaped design that ensures uniform contact on the edges of the lid to close uniformly. The gasket is situated on matching fryer lids, and it clips into the groove of the perimeter of the frypot lid.
