The Henny Penny 140347 Fryer Bulk Dispose Solenoid Valve Kit EEG16X/2XX works by operating an electrically operated circuit to regulate the flow of waste so that it can be dispensed and shut down automatically. The solenoid is operated at 120V to open and close in exact sequences so that the discharge process can be controlled effectively. This kit will be installed to fit perfectly in the existing fryer systems which are normally placed close to the bulk disposal line to control the flow of cooking oil and waste.
