The Henny Penny 140592 Fryer Controller With Adaptor Kit CFE4X is a controller of heating elements and timing cycles that monitors internal oil temperatures using an in-built probe system. After the thermal data has been processed, the interface then transmits electrical signals to the contactors to hold a steady set point throughout the cooking process. This unit is fitted directly to the front regulating bulkhead of the CFE4X series pressure pans with the wiring harness included. This hardware is used to control multi-stage cook cycles and to provide digital display of the regular status of the appliances.
