The Henny Penny 14749 Fryer Air Switch Monitoring Control/Interlock Kit 208-240 works by sensing the airflow with an internal pressure sensing system, which alerts the control system when the right ventilation requirements are achieved. It constantly measures the air movement and switches, or breaks the circuit to enable or disable the use of equipment, depending on the preset airflow limits. It is a control and interlock kit that is fitted in the electrical control compartment of the fryer and is linked to the air pressure sensing lines and the main control wiring to control the sequencing.
