The Henny Penny 97319 Open Fryer Control Panel Arm Assembly LVE/G 20X converts mechanical actions on the control panel to the internal control mechanisms of the fryer, enabling the selection and control of the fryer operations. It swivels and operates levers within the unit to switch settings of temperature, timers and operating modes. The arm assembly is attached right behind the control panel in such a manner that it aligns the exterior interface with the inside parts ensuring that the controls and the mechanical systems of the fryer interact smoothly.
