The Henny Penny ME90-009 Holding Cabinet Relay is a 30A 240 VAC coil component that is used to manage electrical power in a holding cabinet. It is fitted into the cabinet to control the heating components to maintain the same temperature in the cooked food. It acts as a switch in the electrical circuit and the system can either activate, or deactivate the heating process as required. The relay will be connected directly, to the control system of the cabinet, and will coordinate with the sensors, and timers to ensure that the desired conditions of operation are maintained.
