The Hoshizaki 3A1744G01 Bin Control Assembly is a part of the commercial ice machines to control the ice in the storage bins. There are two types of methods used in this assembly mechanical and thermostatic, whereby the ice bin in full condition acts as a signal to the ice maker to stop making ice. The mechanical version of the freezer has a paddle that is pushed down by the ice and the thermostatic one has a temperature bulb that is affected by the coldness of the ice.
