The Hoshizaki 3B1240G01 Float Switch Assembly is an essential part which is intended for controlling the water in the machineā€™s tank. It works on a basic yet efficient concept, the float is connected to a lever system. Even as increases the water level in the reservoir, a float ascends, causing the lever and the water inlet valve to shut. When the water lowers the level, the float falls, therefore turning off the lever and permitting the water inlet valve to open and fill the raised container. This continuous cycle helps the ice machine maintain the right water level for ice making while avoiding water spills at the same time.
