The Henny Penny 16138 Fryer Control Knob Roll Pin is used to attach the skillet control switch to the shaft by fitting through aligned holes and clamping the parts together during rotation. The screw ensures that the handle moves in line with the blade and restricts the sideways movement, but permits the dial to rotate with the shaft. It is mounted by opening the turn hub and control shaft of the cooking appliance control panel. This is designed to support uniform contact between the knob and the internal control mechanism made to be used in assemblies.
