The Hatco HT02.40.002.00 Toaster Diode controls the electrical current flowing to the heating components enabling the appliance to turn on and off when necessary. It flows in one direction, and works in a manner. This miniature element is meant to be attached directly to the circuit board and it will fit into the rest of the wiring and connections to regulate when the heating process is initiated. It is installed in the electrical circuit and controls the internal power supply of the appliance.
