The Ice-O-Matic 2051222-01S Evaporator Assembly Full Cube ICE0320/325 operates by pumping coolant through internal coils to take the heat off the water or ice contact surfaces to enable snow to form and freeze into complete cube shapes. The cooling of the cold surfaces as it transpires in the tubing removes the heat in the water reservoir surrounding the chilled air in the process. It is fitted in the ice maker head of the ICE0320 and the ICE0325 models, where it is incorporated with the system.
