The Middleby Marshall 42810-0114 Oven Ignition Module Kit w/Adaptor regulates the ignition pattern by transmitting an electrical signal to turn on the burner when it is necessary to heat. It also checks the presence of flames and will turn off the supply of gas in case of no ignition to facilitate appropriate operating cycles. This kit is installed in the control compartment of the oven which is linked to the burner system and the wiring harness to provide coordinated ignition and flame monitoring in the cooking activities.
