The Imperial IMP36014 Oven Safety Valve/Thermostat measures the temperature in the cavity and opens to admit gas when it is required and closes to prevent the flow when the desired temperature has been achieved. It incorporates a heating system that constantly checks the humidity inside the appliance to ensure that it operates in a uniform manner. This part is mounted directly into the gas system and is connected to the main burner assembly to control the delivery of fuel and to make sure that it interacts properly with the control system.
