The Imperial 28290 Pump To Pan Hose Filter with one elbow is a fluid transfer part that is applicable in compatible IF and FS fryer systems. It links the fryer pump outlet with the oil pan whereby cooking oil passes through during filtration or oil return cycles and debris is collected through the built-in filter. This hose system is fitted inside the internal plumbing route of the fryer and is connected with the pump, pan and filtration parts to facilitate the correct circulation of oil. It is widely applied in commercial kitchens in times of maintenance or replacement of components.
