The Imperial 36258 Crumb Screen 12 -1/4" x 13" IFS-40 & 50-OP filers filter oil through the fryer by passing through the crumb screen, and food particles and debris as oil circulates through cooking cycles. The screen enables the free flow of oil but traps solids which would otherwise build up the fryer. It is installed in the fry pot or filtration system of a compatible. The crumb screen is designed to fit these units and is designed to replace the crumb screen when it becomes clogged, torn or damaged the required flow of oil and filtration during normal fryer operation.
