The Nieco 8420 Infrared Top Burner with Reverberator is a heating element for use in a compatible automatic broiler system. It is installed in the upper cooking part of the broiler, and during the operation of the conveyor, it evenly and efficiently cooks the food products with infrared heat. It is used to direct and distribute heat towards the cooking surface to improve the thermal performance. This is an integral part of the food service system to ensure consistent cooking temperatures. It is used in commercial broiling equipment and is used, when the heat output decreases or burner surfaces are damaged.
