The Cecilware L345F Thermostat RX is used for temperature controller of kitchen appliances including fryers. It operates at 200-375°F and comes with a 3/8” bulb with a 36” capillary tube for maximum functionality. The thermostat works well with other models such as Cecilware fryers EFP, EFS, FMP, FMS and other star fryers. It has better heat exchange to maintain adequate frying temperatures and has the reliability and safety factor.
