The Cecilware L407A Fryer Rocker Switch DPDT 7/8" x 1-1/2" On/Off/On operates by sliding the internal double-pole, double-throw contacts with the movement of the rocker between positions. It operates by an integrated electrical mechanism that reverses the direction of the circuit to regulate the power settings of the fryers during operation. This switch is mounted in the control panel of the fryer and it fits into the designated cutout and is connected to the wiring terminals that control the power mode of the unit.
