The Lincoln 369222 Oven Conveyor Assembly 2" Old Style transfers food ingredients onto the baking cavity by rotating connected belts which are powered by the motor system in the appliance. The assembly process is kept in constant motion with the use of belts to move through sprockets and to transport product at a regulated speed to ensure uniform exposure to heat. It is installed over the oven cavity, and it runs over the load end to the discharge end of compatible conveyor ovens. The assembly has the frame, sections, belt, and hardware interfaces.
