The Bakers Pride M1032X Thermostat Assembly With Dial D1/D18 3/16" X 13" 60" Cap controls appliance temperature by detecting heat through the sensing bulb triggering internal contacts to open or close. The electrical circuit responds to the sensed temperature, regulating connected heating or cooling components. This assembly is installed in the appliance control compartment where the sensing element is positioned in the monitored area and the body mounts to the panel.
