The Manitowoc 7603283 Compressor 3/4" Suction 1/2" Discharge 208V operates and pumps the refrigerant in the ice machine to absorb and give out the heat process. It operates by forcing low-pressure gas into high-pressure areas, which allows heat transfer within the system. The compressor is mounted in the lower mechanical compartment of compatible ice machines, usually attached to the suction and discharge lines. It is the main mechanical element that provides the refrigeration flow and ice production cycles and coordinates with the controls, condensers and evaporators in the operation.
