The Market Forge 95-3204 ST-E Cooker Door Assembly STME is the box that protects the cooking cavity and regulates the internal condition when conducting pressure cooking. It works by closing the cooker opening to trap heat and pressure and being able to access it when the cycle is finished. This door assembly is attached to the front of the cooker and hinged and latched to the cabinet in accordance with the chamber opening. which favors safe pressure containment, controlled cooking conditions and the frequent loading and unloading of the cooker system during normal operation.
