The Market Forge 953204 ST-E Cooker Door Assembly STME encases the cooking chamber and provides controlled conditions in the course of pressure cooking and steaming processes. It works by preventing heat and pressure from escaping the cooker opening but can be safely opened. This is a door assembly that is fitted on the side of the cooker and is mounted using hinges, latching hardware and surfaces that are sealed in line with the frame of the chamber.
