The Master-Bilt 19-13773 Electric-Expansion Valve SER-6 is an adjustable refrigerant flow control to the evaporator by opening the refrigerant flow depending on the system pressure and temperature. It operates an electric actuator to adjust position of the valve to ensure that the proper amount of refrigerant is delivered to the cooling coil. It has been developed to be fitted into refrigeration systems, where it is normally installed at the inlet of the evaporator to regulate flow of refrigerant into the coil.
