The Merrychef PSB1148 Cavity stub replacement kit comes with four stubs that are applicable in the E2S high-speed oven to be used in professional food-service operations. These stubs are fitted in the cooking cavity to facilitate airflow and structural spacing to enable the movement of heat and microwave energy in the cooking cavity during quick cooking cycles. The kit allows changing damaged parts, to keep the internal configuration right. It is installed as part of the cavity assembly to maintain consistent heating.
