The Middleby Marshall 22159-0003 Sprocket is used to transfer rotational motion in conveyor-driven cooking machinery, in which a size-25 chain is directed over its 20-tooth profile and 5/8-inch bore. It is located in the drive section and operation together with, the motor and chain assembly to drive the conveyor at a controlled speed.
