The Middleby Marshall 30834 Conveyor Oven Window Kit PS570S is used to enable seeing the food passing through the cooking cavity. The kit contains the glass and mounting parts that are inserted into the frame of the oven so that they fit better into the conveyor system. This window assembly is fits on the front side of oven door and gives a clear view of the inside of the oven. It is designed with existing structure and, hardware of the oven, preserving the integrity of the enclosure in addition to being able to observe the cooking process.
