The Middleby Marshall 60752 Electric Oven Heating Element Kit 27 kW operates on the concept of transforming electrical energy into heat when current is passed through the resistance elements when connected to 380V. The components evenly spread the heat in the oven cavity to assist in achieving and maintaining the desired cooking temperature. This heating system kit will be installed on the inside of the electric oven, which will fit the inside of the unit. The rating is equivalent to the power requirements. When elements fail or their optimal level is reduced installation and replacement during service.
