The Middleby Marshall 70959 Cores Burner Kit directs the gas through single burner cores and combines it with air and sparks to create flames. All the parts, such as nozzles and mounting hardware, are integrated to provide the correct flow of gas and a uniform ignition in all the burners. The kit is mounted directly into the combustion chamber of the oven and fits with the existing gas lines and ignition assembly and is clamped in place to ensure that each burner core is in the proper position.
