The Middleby Marshall 71996 Interface Keypad Control 1000°F is a part that sends tactile user input to the digital signals that control the temperature and timing settings of high-heat conveyor pans. This part reads the depressions of the membrane switches to change internal thermal settings to a maximum limit of 1000°F using the central processing unit. The interface is attached to the external front-facing control cabinet so that it can be accessed by the operator immediately. This operation pad is the machine interface to the heating system that is used to ensure that the cooking condition is kept within the programmed thermal requirements.
