The Cres Cor 0769093 Blower Assembly 115V 50/60Hz is created to pump air in the controlled heating or holding systems. It works by transforming 115 volt of electric power at 50 or 60 hertz into rotary power, which causes the blower to circulate air uniformly in the inside of the cabinet. This assemblage is fitted in the required airflow area whereby a balanced circulation is required to maintain temperature uniformity. It is a necessary component of the air movement system that assists to maintain the thermal conditions at a stable level in commercial foodservice settings.
