TurboChef NGC-1331 Cooking Basket-PTFE contains food products that are safely kept in place during the cooking process in the oven, where heat surrounds the food products and cooks them properly. The coating is used to make food come off the basket surface as it passes through cooking cycles. It is loaded into compatible ovens on the rack or into special support tracks in which baskets are loaded. This cooking basket is designed so that when it gets warped, the coating wears out, or the structure is damaged, the food is properly handled and moved normally.
