The Turbochef NGC-3003 Oven Bottom Element 3000W is a component that works by transforming electric power into radiant heat by the use of an internal resistive coil when a 208V current is used. This heat is emitted upwards to raise the temperature of the air in the cooking chamber of food products. The component is placed horizontally below the lower cook plate or the inner floor of the oven cavity. This is Mounted-wattage hardware that keeps the set points of the desired temperatures. The unit is the main source of lower heat, providing uniform thermal distribution during oven operation.
