The Nieco 11730 Automatic Broiler Burner Orifice is used to clean the burner openings by putting the bristles inside the orifice to scrape away any debris that may block the gas flow. It operates by inserting the 1/16 inch brush into small openings to loosen up the accumulation to aid in restoring normal gas flow. It is applied to the burner assembly of compatible commercial cooking equipment with the brush, normally during maintenance or cleaning procedures, this tool has a handle that provides it control when it is used in tight areas.
