The Nor-Lake 153164 Evaporator Fan Motor 107933003 is used to drive air over the coil to enable heat to be exchanged between the refrigerated space and the evaporator surface. The motor transforms electrical energy into rotational movement. It is mounted to the evaporator assembly of commercial refrigeration units, which are normally mounted, at the back of the evaporator coil in the cabinet or unit housing. This element sustains the airflow during the cooling processes, which interacts with the fan blade, wiring connections and mounting brackets as the whole mechanism of the refrigeration system.
