The Comstock Castle OR-55 Burner Orifice #56 NAT is a system that measures the flow of natural gas to a burner by creating an opening of a precise size that limits the amount of fuel before it enters the combustion chamber, and the combustion properties of the flame in that application. The gas goes through the calibrated hole in the orifice. It is fitted in the gas train of the burner assembly of the compatible cooking equipment; height specifications are identical. This application is tailored to the commercial range and oven size of 56.
