The Prince Castle PC197-436S Gear Set is a replacement gear kit used in compatible Prince Castle equipment to transfer rotational movement between connected drive parts. The kit includes a small 24-tooth gear and a large 36-tooth gear with a set screw for each gear plus blue thread-locking compound and installation instructions. The gears are installed within the drive mechanism of compatible 196 197 296 297 and 910 series equipment. Their meshing teeth transmit torque between rotating shafts while maintaining the required speed relationship. The set supports mechanical movement of the connected drive assembly during equipment operation.
