The Lang LG2J-80201-24 Griddle Pilot burner with electrode Right-handed is main gas flow lit off at the pilot with the ignition of the gas flow at the pilot point. The integrated electrode produces a spark to light the pilot flame, which then ignites the burner as the gas valve opens. The unit is mounted on compatible commercial gas appliances, and it is mounted on the right-hand side of the burner assembly to align properly. The pilot burner is an automatic burner that is used to start and sustain safe combustion when using the appliances normally.

Installation Steps
