The Pitco A6674902 Gas Fryer Retaining Bag Clip Filter has a filter bag that is held in place by the fryer filtration chamber by clipping the bag and frame together so that the bag remains in place as the oil flows through the bag during filtration. The clip can be installed to hold the filter media in such a way that the debris is trapped and the oil is passed through the bag to be cleaned up. This retaining clip will be attached to the top of the filtration assembly and the internal structure of the fryer.
