The Pitco B6670801 Electric Fryer Filter Pan Weldment SG6H filters the oil through an inbuilt filtration system and separates the food particles and the liquid. A mesh screen is used to filter the debris and the oil is pumped back into the fryer. The assembly is intended to be placed directly below the cooking space, which will provide a convenient place to recover the oil and will minimise the necessity to handle it manually. Its design blends well with the current fryer system, which means the filtration system will run throughout the cooking sessions.
