The Pitco PT60139201 Fryer Contactor is a 3-pole electrical switching unit rated at 50A to a maximum of 690V with a coil current of 24 VAC at 50/60Hz. It regulates the power flowing to heating components in compatible commercial fryers and switches circuits on and off in response to control signals of the unit. This contactor is installed in the electrical compartment and is the main part of the heat cycles and the safe operation management. It is usually changed in case of electrical repair to enable correct switching operation and temperature regulation.
