The Pitco PTA1100107 Basket Hanger works by attaching to the rear flue riser to provide a stable and elevated resting surface for cooking baskets in the foodservice systems. This element uses a set of pre-shaped notches that firmly hold the handles of the baskets to enable the remaining oil to flow back into the vat once the cooking cycle is over. The accessory is positioned at the top back edge of the tank and is available to be utilized immediately when there is high-volume service.
