The Pitco PTB6629704 Wire Mesh Filter operates by capturing the grease particles and airborne debris as air moves, through the mesh and fibre material. This design traps the airborne contaminants as the air passes through to the next filtration stage. This filter bag is installed in the vent hood or ductwork, where it fits in the airflow path and other filters. It is of the same size and shape as the filter housing of the model. It is installed when assembling or changing a used filter bag in the process of routine cleaning and maintenance.
