The Pitco PTB6718701-C Temperature Probe Retro Fit Kit upgrades the temperature sensing assembly in compatible commercial systems to provide accurate monitoring of cooking oil throughout operation. Designed as a retrofit solution, the kit includes the parts required to replace the existing sensing assembly and integrate with the control system. It continuously measures oil temperature and sends data to the controller which adjusts the heating cycle to maintain the programmed setting. Working alongside the control board, burner controls and wiring harness the kit ensures stable temperature regulation and dependable system performance during operations.
