The Hatco R02-16-068 Temperature Control Kit Black Box W/Probe is designed to monitor and regulate heat within commercial foodservice equipment. It operates by sensing the operating conditions with the temperature probe included and transmits the data to the control module which controls heating operations according to the data received. The controller continually reads the temperature data and controls the equipment to keep the set temperatures. This kit is installed into the electrical control system of the unit, and the probe is installed in the specified sensing location.
