The Hatco R021606800 Temperature Control Kit Black Box is intended to be used to sense and control heat in compatible warming and holding equipment. It operates on the concepts of measuring the temperature with a probe and sending the data to the control module which then acts on the basis of the programmed operating parameters. The mounting bracket supplied will enable the control assembly to be securely mounted inside the equipment. This kit is installed in compatible units as part of the temperature regulation system. It allows for the connection of the sensing probe, electrical controls, and related equipment heating parts inside the equipment.
