The Frymaster 8071847 Gas Conversion Kit Propane To Natural Gas modifies the gas flow and burner settings such that equipment that set up to use propane can be used with natural gas. It has the required elements to control pressure and maintain a better combustion process when in operation. This kit is installed in the gas station and burner assembly area of the fryer where it replaces or alters the existing fittings to suit natural gas requirements which are typically found in commercial kitchen settings.
