The Scotsman SC11-0563-06 Curtain Switch Left identifies the type of ice chute or door by closing or opening a circuit of electricity when the curtain is operated. The switch is activated when curtain is raised or lowered to indicate to the control operator to turn on or off dispensing operations as designed. It is mounted to left of the dispense section of compatible ice machines, and it is the curtain mechanism. This switch is to be replaced when it cannot be operated or is not able to indicate position changes when it is operating normally.
