The Scotsman A38628-021 Ice Machine Evaporator 18" small cube is a replacement part to be used in replacing the evaporator section of select commercial equipment to get them back to a functional state. This service packout comprises the evaporator parts that are in direct contact with the refrigerant and water when ice is formed. It is installed within the cabinet, and it is connected to the refrigeration loop, water distribution system and the control sensors to facilitate the efficient cycles of freezing and making ice.
