The Scotsman A40298-001 Ice Maker Sink Assembly 16" provides a special space where ice is dispensed, and the surplus water can drain into the sink leaving the surrounding space dry. It has an inbuilt sink surface that gathers and directs water through the drain when used normally. The assembly is fitted to fit into the compatible ice maker units and fits into the cabinet opening to hold the sink in place. It is designed to fit in the structure and plumbing connection of the dispenser in a commercial setting.
